Over the past 17 years I've been lucky enough to travel the world and coach over 30 champions across multiple different sporting disciplines.

I've worked with NFL Superbowl winners, world champion boxers, England International footballers and many more elite level athletes to become one of the most sought after coaches in the UK.

But scaling my coaching business wasn't easy, it took a lot of graft and initial time investment.

Early in my career I was burning myself out working with 1-1 clients, I was always fully booked so smashing sessions out was never an issue, but I was looking at things with a micro mindset, instead of being a bigger picture thinker...

And while it was fulfilling, it simply wasn’t sustainable.

My earnings continued to grow and....

to most this would have been very rewarding, but I was a slave to my job, if clients wanted a session I’d bend over backwards to make it happen, though this had a cost……

Friendships and relationships suffered and social occasions were non-existent, plus due to my product offering I felt like my clients weren’t getting the 5* service in which my whole business was built on.

Because of this I wasn’t able to spend any time on crucial aspects of my business such as marketing and branding to drive the business forwards.

So I took action and created new systems to allow my business to grow.

I diversified my product suite, I took a number of my services online and I started tapping into a much larger audience than I ever had before.

Myself and my team now offer - Coaching services, products, consultancy services and are on the advisory panel for a number of businesses.
